Automatic failover.
Automatic failover means that when an upstream provider goes offline mid-order, healthy providers absorb the load automatically — the reseller's order keeps moving without anyone noticing the failure.
The problem it solves
In a single-provider setup, if your one upstream provider goes down, every order routed to it simply fails or stalls until you notice and manually intervene. With multiple providers already configured for order splitting, failover extends that same infrastructure to reroute a failed leg's quantity to the remaining healthy providers, instead of leaving it stuck.
How it will work
When a provider stops responding or returns errors, SMMUNIFIED will mark that leg as failed and reallocate its quantity across your remaining healthy providers for that service — following the same percentage or fixed-dollar logic already used for normal order splitting. The reseller sees the order complete normally; they never see which provider failed.
Current status
