Frequently asked questions.
Common questions about SMMUNIFIED, multi-provider order splitting, and how it fits alongside the panel software you already use.
What is an SMM panel?
An SMM panel is an online system through which customers or resellers order social media services — such as followers, likes, views, or comments — that are then fulfilled by an upstream provider.
What is a multi-provider SMM panel?
A multi-provider SMM panel splits one customer order across multiple upstream SMM providers automatically, instead of routing every order to a single provider like traditional SMM panels do.
How is SMMUNIFIED different from other SMM panels?
Most SMM panels — Perfect Panel included — map one order to one upstream provider. SMMUNIFIED splits one order across as many upstream providers as you configure, by percentage or fixed dollar amount, and reconciles the result into a single order status.
Does SMMUNIFIED replace my existing panel software?
No. SMMUNIFIED is an orchestration layer that sits on top of your existing panel software. You can keep using Perfect Panel or any other panel for storefront, billing, and customer management, and connect SMMUNIFIED as your order-routing backend.
What is the SMM Panel API v2 protocol?
SMM Panel API v2 is the de facto standard protocol used across the SMM panel industry for connecting resellers to providers — a single POST endpoint authenticated by an API key, with action=add/status/services/balance requests. SMMUNIFIED is compatible with it on both the downstream (reseller-facing) and upstream (provider-facing) sides.
Can I split one order across more than 3 providers?
Yes. There's no fixed limit on the number of upstream providers a single service can map to — you configure as many as you want.
Is order splitting the same as failover?
No. Failover reroutes to a backup provider only after the primary one fails. Order splitting sends portions of every order to multiple providers by design, regardless of whether any provider has failed. Automatic failover is on the SMMUNIFIED roadmap as a separate, complementary capability.
Does SMMUNIFIED support fixed-dollar allocation, not just percentage?
Yes. Each leg of a split order can be allocated either as a percentage of the total quantity or as a fixed dollar amount, per provider.
